In order to further guide the majority of young employees of our to strive for excellence, continuously improve their professional qualities and professional skills, and form a working atmosphere of “catch up, help, and surpass”. On the morning of November 20, they were sponsored by the Communist Youth League of Zunhua Municipal Committee and organized by our company. The "Makers of the United States and more people" Zunhua City Youth Professional Skills Competition and Peeling Lie Skills Competition was held in the company. Members of the Tangshan Youth League Committee, including Shi Jingman and Zunhua City Party Committee, attended the competition and observed it on the spot.

The enthusiasm of the majority of young employees of the company for this event was high and they enthusiastically registered. In the end, 20 young masters with chestnuts were selected to participate, and the entire competition was completed in 15 minutes. After the judges ranked the players' results one by one, the champions, runners-up and runners-up were finally selected, and the awards for LCD TVs, washing machines, and microwave ovens were awarded.

Through this activity, a strong atmosphere of “enhancing knowledge, developing skills, and creating value” was formed among the young workers, which further improved their labor skills and professionalism.
